At WeddedWalks, we want your special pieces to reach you safely and on time. We partner with trusted third-party shipping carriers to deliver your orders across India and internationally.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Partners
We work with reliable third-party logistics partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, and FedEx to ensure your order is handled with care from our hands to yours.
Estimated Delivery Times
Orders are typically delivered within 5–6 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, shipping partner availability, and other factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, public holidays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your order weight, size, and delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website or through the link provided.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing the order. WeddedWalks is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check the tracking link sent to your email
- Contact the shipping partner directly with your tracking number
- Reach out to us at support@weddedwalks.com and we'll help resolve it
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
